In an effort to produce a
unique gift for our clients we adhere to these following points and
policies. Here is our 4-point guarantee:

Our policy guarantees 100%
satisfaction or the client is not obligated to purchase the
song. At the time the order is placed, the Heart Song
interviewer asks for a credit card number, certified check or
money order from the client before beginning the process of
placing an order. This is our guarantee that if, at the review
process, the client is satisfied with our product, we can
immediately bill the client and send the package promptly.

*Heart Song gives the
option for the client to review their song via telephone at the clients
convenience before Heart Song charges the client for the product. The
review process is optional. If Heart Song is not able to reach the
client on the review date and time, it is then considered the client is
waiving the option to hear the song first. Heart Song considers this a
finished transaction. Heart Song policy is to charge the clients credit
card or deposit the certified check or money order and then send the
package. Once the client opens the package, the transaction is complete.
This protects Heart Song in the event copy or copies are made of the
personalized product.

Heart Song guarantees that
the song personalized for the client was written and recorded
by Heart Song. Our songs are "One of a Kind Works" in structure
and lyrical content for said person(s) from said client(s). To the best of Heart
Song and its representatives knowledge, there is no other work of music
and lyric containing this recorded structure and content.

If the client receives a
package that is damaged in any way, Heart Song will replace the
package. We ask that the client return the damaged portion of
the package. Upon receiving the damaged package, Heart Song
will send a replacement for damaged items.
*During the review date,
the client is contacted, the lyrics are read over the phone and then the
song is played in full. The client is then asked if they are happy with
the song. If they do not like the song, there is no obligation to
purchase the song. If there is some mistake we have made, we will fix
the song until they are pleased. If the client Okays the song, we then
tell the client we will charge their card or deposit their check and the
package will be sent that day. Once the client Okays the song and gives
us permission to charge them, they have "purchased" the song.
